Hello, my name is Melissa.
Qualified and with over 25 years experience in supporting people
experiencing difficulties with stress, anxiety, sleep and depression
to name a few. I'm a qualified therapist with a background in Mental
health nursing (RMN), Counselling (Level 7 Diploma), Relationship
Coaching, EFT Practitioner and I teach in organisations supporting
care workers in positive care approaches. I will work in partnership
with YOU in the process of recovery.
I adopt a holistic approach recognising the benefits of both
mainstream and alternative support in recovery.
I provide a range of treatment and support options for people
struggling to cope with low mood, stress, anxiety, depression, or
any of the common mental health problems that up to 1 in 4 people
will experience at some point in their life time.
Regular Zoom sessions are supported with a range of "tools" to
support you in recovery- all are chosen for you personally. No
programme is the same as another because YOU ARE UNIQUE.
