Jan was a Human Resource
Consultant in the Public sector (Higher Education
incl University of London, Local authorities (incl
Camden, Hackney and Merton) and charities such as
RNIB and Peabody Trust and continues to work with
small housing associations and the voluntary sector.
She has vast managerial experience of instigating
service improvements and leading change. The tools
she learnt on her MBA, specialising in project
management, human resources, innovation and
creativity, enable Jan to clear a path through
bureaucracy and produce real results.
Qualifications
Jan studied with International Teaching Seminars
whose faculty at the time included Jan Elfine, Suzie
Smith, Roberts Dilts and Tim Hallbom, and Ian
McDermott. She followed her curiosity about NLP and
became an NLP Master Practitioner and an NLP
accredited coach. She continues to develop the depth
of her coaching skills, with Headway Coaching Group
and is now a Professional Certified Coach accredited
by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She
enjoys being a Co-Chair of the London Coaching group
– – we run stimulating workshops (or webinars in
COVID times) most months of the year.
